Nothing too much trouble, the hotel suited our needs. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed and had a marvellous view of the skyline. En suite bathrooms, that included a hot tub, were cleaned daily.

The hotel's location was STUNNING, so close to very easy access to the sky train, and all the shopping malls in the area. The pool was nice, delicious and varied breakfasts.

I had an amazing time at JW Marriott! The service was outstanding, especially from the staff in the lounge/bar. They provided delicious food and a variety of beverage choices. The lounge had a great atmosphere that I really enjoyed. I can't wait to stay at JW Marriott again and see those friendly faces. I highly recommend this hotel!
